Our 2025 Christmas Lunch was a great success in December and the meal at Waltham Windmill Golf Club was lovely, a big thank you to Lizzie Shaw for organising for us.
September 2026 Annual Flower, Fruit, Vegetable & Craft Show – The 2026 show brochure is now available at club, which details the Show Schedule, Rules and Information. There are lots of new categories and we hope that there is something for everyone to enter.
There will also be a plant stall, refreshment and cakes to enjoy. Our Committee members Doug Stainton – Show Manager and Graham Turner – Show Secretary are currently organising the show, if you would like to volunteer your help please have a word with them.
Join the Committee – Our lovely club is run by a dedicated group of volunteers and we would like to add to our committee. So if you can join us for an hour per month, to help make decisions and run the Club please contact a Committee Member.
28th March 2026 was our Annual Open Charity Daffodil Show. The exhibits were beautiful and there was plenty of tea and cake to ensure that everyone had a lovely day. All our profit, with a small donation added, allows us to donate £500.00 to help support Humberston Hydrotherapy Pool. A big thank you to all those who helped on the day, those that had a go and entered the Show and those that came to support.
We especially ask that you park considerately at the Village Hall to allow the maximum number of cars to park, or car share if possible. Teas, coffee and orange juice are served at Speaker Meetings. There is also a raffle, with grateful thanks to Lynda and Pat. Has Marion Salt (Membership Secretary) got your email address should we need to tell you of any last minute change? Please check with her. PLEASE LOOK AT THIS WEBPAGE AND AT YOUR EMAILS TO CHECK WHAT IS HAPPENING BEFORE COMING TO ANY MEETING. Fire Regulations restrict numbers in the hall but provided we have up to 120 people, (we average 80) non-members are welcome to come and join us for a maximum of 3 meetings a year.
