The total that Jean and Bill have now raised for the RNLI is now £733! They did this through the sale of daffodils, earmarked for our Show, plant donations from members and friends and Rob Potterton plants. These were kindly donated by Rob due to the situation at his nursery at Nettleton during lockdown. Just to reassure everyone, the plants were sold on the roadside to passersby only! Thanks to all those who also donated their daffodils and plants for the charity. Bill and Jean are now selling their own and donated plants for the Gardening Club funds, as we will not be able to sell plants this year at the September Show. Again, many thanks!

Dear Members,  while we’re all in lockdown, keep in touch via our Members’ Gardens page (via the link on the top right of this page). Send a picture to the email address sent out by Jean, or if you didn’t receive it, get in touch if you’d like to join in.

YOUR COMMITTEE IS SADDENED TO INFORM YOU THAT, ALL SPEAKER MEETINGS, THE SEPTEMBER SHOW,  ALL DAY AND OVERNIGHT TRIPS AND THE JANUARY LUNCH, ARE NOW CANCELLED. WE HOPE TO START 2021 WITH THE AGM. AS SOON AS WE HAVE MORE NEWS IT WILL BE ON THE WEBSITE.
Members have been contacted about these changes by letter  and email
, but the safety and well being of the membership at the present time is paramount, which we are sure everyone will appreciate.
Keep calm and keep gardening!

Fire Regulations restrict numbers in the hall but provided we have fewer than 130 people, (we average 85) you will be welcome to come and  join us.
